One Week Class / Starts every 3rd Monday of every month / Monday to Friday / 9 am to 4 pm
Learn advance ways in decorating cakes—with the Philippine fondant and realistic-looking gum paste flowers. CCS' hands on method will let you create life- like blossoms, flowers and leaves for floral arrangements.
Learn the difference of CCS Philippine fondant versus other school's fondant, this no crack and easy to handle sugarpaste will give you the smoothest cake coverage without having to fight the country's humidity. So stable that it will not melt in the tropical climate, rain or shine.
Furnished with baking ingredients and hand out materials, a certificate of completion and the take home share of your creations.

Patterned after the Wilton School in Chicago this extensive 5-day course will help you discover the Old World Joseph Lambeth Method of using intricate dimensional overpiping of borders on a fondant-covered cake.


Overpipe scrolls, scallops and stringwork, plus other decorations for the characteristic layer-upon-layer look of Lambeth
Learn the art of detailed extension and curtain work on a fondant cake, which signifies The Australian method.
Prerequisite: a fundamental background in cake decorating is essential.
