I am a beginner what courses are recommended for someone like me?

What do I need to bring?

2 hand towels
Apron
Food container for the take home share of your work

A packed lunch (for whole day classes)

We also serve lunch at the school for PHP 100.00. You also can call fastfood deliveries or if you prefer to have lunch outside the mall is a 15 min walk away.

 

What are the matriculation terms?
On the first day of classes student should be fully paid.

 

What are the modes of payment?

We only accept Cash and Checks at the School

 

What are included in my tuition fees?

All ingredients and materials/equipment used in the class is furnished, plus your hand outs/recipes and take home share. All courses are completed with a certificate of participation or completion. 

 

Can I deposit my payment in advance?

Yes, Please refer to the following steps: 

For online Reservation and Payments-

1. Please email us at classes@ccs-bakeshop.com for the bank details.

2. Once payment has been made, send us a soft copy of the deposit slip thru classes@ccs-bakeshop.com. Also, Please bring the deposit slip or a photo copy of the deposit slip on the first day of classes.

3. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation from us. Please verify that all details are correct. (ie: The Class dates, Names of the Attendees, Class Enrolled)

 

I have already reserved on a class but would not be able to make it, can I rebook for a different schedule?

If you have reserved a slot and wish to cancel/change dates please give us the courtesy to advise no later than 3 days before the scheduled class so your spot can be given to other interested enrollees.
It is imperative that you advise us thru 9121163 for any change in schedule.

 

How many of us are in a class? Are classes 100% hands on?

A class usually consists of 5-7 pax (minimum). All the students will get a chance to prepare everything from scratch; however you will still work as a group in most recipes. For example on the 1st recipe one will sift, and one will mix, and on the next the others would sift and another would mix, all in rotation. The courses include many recipes and it would provide plenty of experience to go around.

 

I have work and cannot apply for leaves, can I enroll with a preferred schedule?

We will try to work with your requested dates with an additional fee. The charge for preferred schedule is 50% of the course’s tuition fee, this is the reason we strongly recommend that the school’s schedule be followed. Email us or call (02)9121163 if the requested dates are possible.

               Terms and Conditions

 

1. All class reservations must be made thru +632.912.1163 / +632.775.2208 only. Class inquiries can be made thru email, but to be officially penciled in students must call the landline to confirm reservation with Ms. Josie.

2. The school has the right to reschedule students due to overbooking. First come, first serve basis. Call at least 3 days in advance to ensure slots.

3. Any change in schedule and/or cancellation of classes due to acts of God will be posted on our facebook page

4. For the scope of classes please email classes@ccs-bakeshop.com 

5. Operating hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm, for registration students must be at the school 30 mins before classes start.

6. All students must bring an apron, 2 hand towels, a container for your shares (and packed lunch for students taking set 1 and 2).

7. Attendance to the courses reserved is considered to be mandatory.

8. The school does not offer refunds for cancelations however with proper notice mayrequest a transfer of reservation fee to another party. 

9. Students who change or cancel a reservation without proper notice will forfeit the reservation fee. 

10. By enrolling at the school it is assumed that you have completely read and understood the school's terms and conditions.
