CCS Bakeshop and Cake Decorating school's signature courses are from 9 am - 4 pm : Master Course in Cake Decoration, Basic Commercial Baking, Advanced Gumpaste and Foreign Method & Special Baking.



For all other classes:

The Lambeth Method, Cold Porcelain, One Day Cupcake/Cookie Class, Isomalt, and Confectioner's Favorite are by appointment.
